INGICOM Industries Ltd is undertaking a three phased project at Winneba, in the Central Region of Ghana. First phase which is currently underway will be Ghana's first 10 room, 15,000 square feet, and four floor resort with five star comparable rating on the scenic beaches at the outskirts of Winneba. Its doors open October 13th 2011 with 5 ultra-luxurious rooms and next five luxury rooms in March 2012.

The second phase slated to commence in the first quarter of 2015 will comprise 40 rooms with two levels and the third phase would be an addition of 8 floors to total 200 luxurious rooms. The rate at which these rooms are built will depend on economic conditions in the hospitality industry.

Projected gross receipts of the first phase will range from half a million dollars after the first year of operation to $1 Million after the second year, thus breaking even by the second year.
